CANCELLATION POLICY Cancelling your reservation before 4:00 PM (local hotel time) the day prior to arrival will result in no charge. Cancelling your reservation after 4:00 PM (local hotel time) the day prior to arrival, or failing to show, will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Event ticket must be shown on arrival for discount to apply. Should event ticket not be shown your rate will be amended to our Best Available Rate without the discount.
Stay must include one night on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Must be an IHG One Rewards member to book and present proof of partner membership at check-in. IHG One Rewards points will be earned for this stay. 1. Provisional bookings will be released after 7 days if a deposit of £10.00 per person
has not been received.
2. Payment of deposit confirms your acceptance of the
terms and conditions
3. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Should numbers reduce, monies lost cannot be used against your final balance,
drinks or accommodation.
4. All bookings are subject to full pre-payment 28 days prior to the event
5. When making payments and in all correspondence, please indicate the name of
the party, address and date of event booked.
6. Once the final balance has been paid, no refunds are permitted.
7. Cancellations of any kind made by the client will result in the loss of any and all
monies paid.
8. In the unlikely event the hotel finds it necessary to cancel an event for any reason
an alternate date or venue will be offered or a full refund given.
9. Only food and beverage purchased from the hotel can be consumed on the
premises.
10. Many of our dishes can be made for specific dietary requirements, please notify
the hotel when booking.
11. All menu choices, drinks pre orders and dietary requirements must be provided
14 days prior to the event.
12. Drinks pre orders to be paid in full 14 days prior to the event.
13. The management reserves the right to amalgamate parties or move events to a
different room.
14. Whilst the hotel will make every effort to accommodate an increase in guest
numbers, space is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
15. The management reserve the right to refuse admission and to serve.
16. Any guests who are abusive to other guests or to our staff will be removed.
17. Whilst we endeavour to sit parties together, this may not always be possible.
18. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash or card (cheques are not
accepted).
19. A damage deposit of £500.00 will be requested for all private parties and will be
refunded upon no damages being made to the hotel.
20. All prices are inclusive of VAT (currently 20%).
